- Oversees the preparation and compilation of all guest documents, including distributing detailed activity reports needed to analyze guest activity.
- Collaborates with fellow Logistics Coordinator to ensure consistency between guest documents and company reports by assisting with the preparation and organization of guest data.
- Communicates with other departments regarding detailed guest information and acts as a support liaison.
