Responsibilities: Manage kitchen budget, order supplies from food and beverage distributors, serve quality food, write employee schedules, and report to the food and beverage manager.
Requirements: 4-year degree, culinary school, or a few years of work experience preferred but not necessary. The Kitchen Manager must have good people management skills and a strong work ethic.
Benefits: The new hire will be trained by the past Kitchen Manager, the salary is negotiable, an end-of-year bonus is available, housing (including RV spaces), and employee meals are available.
The Hatchet resort is located 35 miles from Yellowstone National Park, and 2 miles from Grand Teton National Park.
This is a 5.5-month job from the last week of April until mid-October
