Job Overview:
The Bellman at Hotel Yellowstone provides exceptional guest services, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless arrival/departure experience. As the first point of contact, you will assist guests with luggage, provide information about the hotel and local area, and ensure a high standard of hospitality is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.

• Escort guests to and from their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and services.

• Handle guest requests promptly, including room deliveries, valet assistance, and directions.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell station, and guest areas.

• Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.

• Assist with arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, and providing general area knowledge.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Handle guest luggage with care, ensuring prompt delivery to rooms or vehicles.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Hotel Yellowstone brand.

Qualifications:

• VALID drivers license and ability to drive in winter weather conditions

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Knowledge of local attractions and the surrounding area is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
