    📋 Book and manage reservations using our internal software, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.

    🏕️ Assist guests during check-in and check-out, welcoming them with a smile and making their stay memorable.

    💰 Manage payments and cash, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

    🤝 Actively participate in management meetings, sharing ideas and contributing to the team’s success.

    🌟 Answer guests’ inquiries and provide tips and advice on activities to enjoy in the region, making their adventure unforgettable.

    🔄 Ensure clear communication with maintenance, restaurant, and housekeeping teams to guarantee seamless operations.

    🛠️ Perform all other related tasks to support the team and enhance the guest experience.

    Your profile

    🗣️ Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.

    🌍 Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must; knowledge of French or another language is a plus!
