- Drives sales success by implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and
increase profitability - Assist Retail Manager with product evaluation. Provide input and assist Retail Manager in purchasing
and planning decisions - Assist Retail Manager with employee training, development and motivation
- Educate customers on products and services
- Assist with in-store merchandising
- Order, receive, and maintain inventory
- Open and/or close the store as needed
- Ensure completion of daily and weekly tasks for the gift shop and sales associates
- Responsible for managing the Gift shop in the absence of the Retail Manager
- Maintain retail stock inventories between the warehouse, main building, tour boats, and island lodge
- Work directly with accounting department to provide cash accountability
- Assist Retail Manager with obtaining, filling, and transporting stock orders to tour vessels and gift shop facilities
- Assist with receiving, checking, shelving and keeping inventories of warehouse stock items
- Maintain retail stock inventories between the warehouse, main building, tour boats and island lodge
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including completing regular inventories of stock
- Work directly with accounting department to provide cost accountability
- Perform other duties as appropriate and as assigned
- Arrive to work on time, ready to work, dressed in clean uniform, with a neat and clean appearance
- Prepare beverage orders for guests
- Restock all supplies
- Account for all sales on the computer, collect payment & balance daily sales
- Work with all staff in providing excellent guest service
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals
- Abide by state food service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the Espresso Bar, including wiping down espresso machine, refrigerators, counters & tables, emptying trashcans, vacuuming, etc.
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures, and safety training
- Maintain the cleanliness of day trip vessels upon their return from cruise
- Thoroughly clean windows, decks, restroom facilities, floors and countertops
- Oversee maintenance of the assigned vessel
- Supervise the daily activities of vessel staff
- Maintain accurate vessel log books
- Ensure that tours follow routes determined on tour day
- Establish quality crew interaction with guests regarding safety procedures, tour information, vessel information and environmental data
- Learn and perform safe line handling skills under direction of the Captain, Sr Deckhand or Crew Chief
- Exhibit knowledge of local history, geology and industry
- Regularly interact with guests regarding safety procedures, tour information, boat information and environmental data
- Conduct food services, including cooking, preparation, serving and cleaning up
- Strive to ensure guest’s expectations are exceeded
- Work with marine operations staff to ensure that vessel to ensure all departures are fully resourced and staffed
- Proactively coordinate with guest service agents to ensure that island transfers are efficient
- Interact with and address any guest questions or concerns on the dock
- Assist in same day and next day departure preparations
- Assist guests in person and on the phone with information about tours and services
- Accurately capture reservations on the computer-based reservations system
- Assist in the supervision of all Guest Service Agents as directed
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure on-time vessel departures
- Provide sales and guest service to gift shop clients
- Perform cash handling and accounting procedures to include verification and reconciliation of shift bank
- Perform sales transactions using Company systems
- Responsible for inventory control and restocking, including maintaining a list of restocking needs
- Clean and organize gift shop and restroom
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Enter new group bookings into the reservations system
- Monitor changes to group bookings and maintain communication with guests regarding changes
- Greet the groups as they arrive and distribute boarding passes
- Maintain files for all current and prospective accounts
- Assist guests in person and on the phone with information about tours and services
- Accurately capture reservations on the computer-based reservations system
- Assist Logistics Manager with obtaining, filling, and transporting stock orders to tour vessels and
building facilities - Assist with receiving, checking, shelving and keeping inventories of warehouse stock items. Handling
alcohol inventory may be required - Maintain ready communication between the warehouse, main building, tour boats and island lodge
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including completing regular inventories of stock
- Run a variety of errands as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Conduct pre and post operation maintenance on assigned vehicle daily. Annotate issues correctly
- Operate shuttles along assigned routes, reporting changes or challenges to the coordinator
- Coordinate and communicate with guest service, group coordination and marine staffs to ensure that
guests receive the best possible service and important information is shared throughout the company - Maintains records in accordance with company, state and DOT requirements regarding vehicle
maintenance, driver activities and traffic incidents - Sanitize work areas during shift and before the next shift
- Ensure all equipment is clean
- Follow and complete prep list each day
- Use standard recipes and presentations
- Prepare prep list for following shift
Retail Assistant Manager
Works closely with the Retail Manager in day to day operations. Manage cash, employee attendance, revenue assurance and opening/closing of the store. Ensure a safe, clean, and interesting store lay-out and merchandising. Help customers find the best products to suit their individual needs and ensure efficient, courteous handling of customer request.
Warehouse Assistant Manager
Responsible for providing supply support to the tour boats and gift shop facilities. Receive, check, and shelve stock items and complete regular inventories. Ensure warehouse inventory is maintained in an orderly manner.
Barista

/ $1000.00 sign on bonus for CDL drivers, $500.00 non-CDL
Uses company transportation assets to move guests and cargo in a safe, friendly and timely manner.
Drivers conduct and coordinate basic maintenance on company vehicles and maintain records in
accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation and company standards
Prep Cook
