Mechanic/Maintenance Manager

Marine experience is greatly preferred.

The General Mechanic / Maintenance Manager will perform preventive maintenance (PM) and service repairs. The job requires maintaining shop laborers, organization, and a safe work environment at all times. The employee must also maintain a log of hours and duties performed.

40-50 hour work week; flexible shifts. Management of all PM software, inventory/parts, expediting, annual service and PM on all vehicles. Manage shop laborers. Ensure all operations are conducted according to the company’s safety standards. General building maintenance.

Professional Experience:

Medium duty truck repair experience 3 years

Management experience

Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment

Maintain a professional appearance at all times and follow the company policies
