Now Hiring 1st year raft guides for 2025. Come Join the KODI Rafting Family this Summer!

KODI Rafting is a Family owned outfitter that has been providing world-class whitewater trips since 1986! Voted "Best Rafting Company" we pride ourselves on a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests and our staff! With multiple locations in Colorado, we provide an opportunity to work and play on many different rivers.

FIRST-TIME AND EXPEREINCED RAFTERS:

We are now Hiring for the Arkansas river, Clear Creek, The Blue River, And Upper Colorado River. For first time and experienced river guides Clear Creek provides the most opportunity to get on the river daily for work (located in Idaho Springs). The Blue river has the shortest season, guides working the blue will have the opportunity to move to the Arkansas, or clear creek as the season progresses. We ask all of our applicants be able to commit till at least August 10th but we raft all the until labor day weekend for those able to stick around. Kodi Rafting offers the most locations to raft out of, so our guides have the most opportunity to work and progress their guiding skills on a variety of rivers. because, we all know not all rivers are the same.

If this is your first time rafting, no worries! No previous experience is required to apply for our professional river guide training program.  Get ready to meet new friends who share your love of living, playing, and working outside. Our professional raft guide training program is a great way to experience and learn more about the river in an individualized, student-teacher setting. You’ll get daily, intensive instruction in guiding oar and paddle rafts with hands-on practice in a supportive environment with like-minded individuals. Our two-week training course will certify you as a professional Class III river guide (and the cert never expires!) and you will learn how to safely and professionally guide individuals on Class I-III Whitewater while also learning how to engage your guests with information about the surrounding areas.

The Training course costs only $400! (one of the cheapest and most rewarding in the valley). Proper Whitewater gear will be provided for all trainees during the course! And participants will be provided with one meal every day during training! we also offer a variety of living situations at each outpost.

(Bringing a dog is highly discouraged with new applicants...we LOVE dogs, we just don't have the room for more of them, unfortunately.)
