Lost Creek Ranch & Spa

Lost Creek Ranch & Spa is a privately owned guest ranch and spa catering to clients from around the world. The ranch is located 22 miles north of Jackson, Wyoming and borders Grand Teton National Park and Bridger-Teton National Forest, and is 40 miles south of Yellowstone National Park.

Our housekeeping team is focused on providing clean and comfortable cabins (13) and ensuring the common areas (lodge, spa, bathrooms) are also maintained for general cleanliness and visual order.
 

Head of housekeeping

As Head of Housekeeping, you will lead a team to maintain all areas of the ranch including:

• Cabins
• Lodge
• Kids Program Bathrooms
• Spa
• Barn Bathroom
• Laundry Facility

Your department is also responsible for guest laundry each Thursday and as requested. Housekeeping shifts are scheduled in advance and common areas rotated among the team. Cabin turnovers requires all hands-on deck and completed by multiple members of the team. Occasional “on call” shifts are also shared among the team for guest requests and/or spills, mice, etc.

Spa cleaning will be split between the massage therapists and housekeeping. You will work together to ensure it is fit for guest presence and usage. At times when treatments are high the therapists will need additional assistance whereas times when treatments are low the majority of cleaning may be handled by them.

The laundry facility is in your purview as are the tools, supplies and other items contained therein. It is your responsibility to ensure the laundry facility is well-kept and all tools are accounted for.

Requirements and skills

• Must be 21 or Older
• Cannot bring pets
• U.S. Citizens only
• A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work
• The ability to stand for long hours
• Physically capable of moving small furniture and navigating steps
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules
• Good organizational skills
• The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
• Positivity, Patience, and cool headedness
