- Maintains daily operations of the Retail Distribution Center, supported by Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.
- Handles processing, tagging, and distributing of all retail products to all store locations.
- Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to inventory maintenance, distribution center required fulfilments, and bi-annual physical inventory.
- 1-2 years of general office experience required.

- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and present information in writing and verbally across to DC Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.

- Drivers transport guests to and from lodges, hotels, and nearby destinations.
- Responsibilities: DMV-required inspections, paperwork, fueling, fluid checks, tire chaining in adverse weather, bus cleaning.
- Variable schedule; some evening/night work. Part-time considered. Typically, 4 days/week, up to 10 hours/day. Enjoy 3 days off to play in the Sierra!
- No more than 2 points on a current Driver’s license. Must have a current Class A or B license with passenger and air brake endorsements.

- This position involves seasonal grounds tasks and works in conjunction with Maintenance personnel in common areas and rental units.
- Winter season involves snow removal and summer involves gardening and irrigation experience.
- On a year round basis care of common areas includes sweeping, scrubbing and rinsing floors, trash removal, parking control, opening and closing spas and the pool, for example.
- Some knowledge of minor repairs to buildings along with practical experience and common knowledge of how things operate will help.
- Most tasks will be of a simple nature.
- Some lifting in the 20-50 pound range will be necessary though it is not common and everyday task related.
- The ability to write and read at a basic level helps although much instruction is verbal with examples given to a new employee. (I.e. this is how we would like you to do this task)

- The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Property & Facilities Manager.
- The Maintenance Manager runs maintenance operations, and oversees maintenance employees, maintenance requests, room repairs/upgrades, and coordinating with the Property & Facilities Manager to discuss the maintenance budget needs.
- The Maintenance Manager will arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms.
- The Maintenance Manager has the ability to develop the scope of work, negotiate vendor contracts and implement them. He or she assists the Property & Facilities Manager in achieving guest, employee, and financial goals.
- The Maintenance Manager will plan, organize, and coordinate the work of the maintenance department staff including scheduling, implement The Mammoth Way, and conduct performance evaluations.
- The Maintenance Manager will be the (a) on-call MOD of maintenance and (b) acting MOD of Property & Facilities Management if and/or when the Property & Facilities Manager is off.
