Currently recruiting for the season that runs from May 12th, 2025 to September 15th, 2025.
- Follow recipes and prep list to prepare ingredients consistently, while handling your own dishes
- Responsible for "grab and go" section of the cafe, and lunches to go for our guests
- Supporting other staff members by assisting with all tasks, as needed (dishes, taking out trash, help restock the line)
- Help with unloading and storing deliveries
- Holding cleanliness and sanitation to the highest standard with managing time appropriately
- You want to partner with a fun, energetic team that works hard and laughs often :)
- Must be a morning person, we have overnight and 4am shifts. A self starter who meets goals with limited supervision
- Must have at least two years baking experience, including experience in a bakery and/or restaurant
- Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, and be a multi-tasker.
- Must be a team player, everyone helps with prep and dishes
- Ability to do production baking and follow recipes...maintaining our high standards for flavor and quality
- Make a production list every morning according to baker production guidelines set by the Bakery/Asst F&B Manager (Sarah)
- You’re committed to food safety and health safety, making sure all areas are clean, organized, and items are labeled
- The shifts will be an overnight shift (start time 11 PM - 12 AM) and an early morning shift (start time 3 - 4 AM).

- You must take pride in your work, have excellent cleaning/sanitation standards, and assist in prep when needed.
- Requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with your team.

- Preparing consistent and beautiful food for service in a timely manner
- Prepare and plan weekly specials and daily soups,

- 3 years experience on the line including some management experience
- To apply for Head Chef position one completed a season at Creekside Café as sous is required.
- Ongoing training with staff...every day... of food quality, consistency, productivity and cleanliness
- Skilled in sauté, fry, grill, steaks, fresh fish, pantry etc.,
- Must be a team player, have strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Provide proper breaks for cooks, prep, dish as needed ....and willing fill in and work breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts, any hours of the day.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently and maintain a high level of performance
- Possess physical stamina to be on your feet for long periods of the day, bend, squat, stretch and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities in rooms and throughout the property to Creekside standards
- Notify supervisors of damages to rooms and low inventory
- Maintain professional appearance and interact positively with gues
Back of House: Kitchen
AM Bulk Prep
Do you like working early mornings and have the rest of the day to go play? This job may be for you! Looking for a talented prep cook who want to advance their BOH experience. Must have one year of Back of House experience, be a team player, and a positive can-do attitude :)
Responsibilities:
Pay: $16-17/hour + tips + end of season performance/completion bonus (.50-1.00/hr)
Room & Board: $85/week for shared room including shift meals
Baker
Our bakery crew is crucial to the success of our café. We are a scratch kitchen and that starts with you! This department is responsible for all the bread served on our menu, daily filling of our large bake case including scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls (Alaska and Texas size, haha) and our famous strawberry rhubarb coffee cake. Our dessert menu has an assortment of delicious desserts and pies displayed in our cold case.

Dishwasher

Sous Chef
Right Hand person to the F&B Manager and Executive Chef, who works hands-on with the kitchen daily. The Sous Chef leads from the front provides support and training to all cooks, preps and dishwashers. Two positions available, AM & PM. Jumps on the line when needed, oversees food quality and consistent plating, oversees and executes weekly specials. Helps manage inventory so all food is used, organized, rotated and waste is minimized.
Must have a heart of service, caring about our guests and wanting to provide the best possible plate of delicious food, every time. Must be able to get the best out of your crew, by leading the way, having a smile on your face, and being someone they want to follow. Prior management experience and a consistent positive attitude are required.

Housekeeper
Our housekeeping team is a crucial part of the Creekside Crew! You are responsible for keeping our rooms and property up to the standards that have made us a Denali vacation destination. Our housekeepers work hard during the day and have every night off to enjoy and explore the beautiful Denali area.
