POSITION SUMMARY
The Beverage Manager oversees the day-to-day beverage related operations of the Food & Beverage Department. They schedule and lead regular training sessions for the bartending and server staff. Sixty percent of your weekly hours should be spent supporting their team in the outlets and the remaining 40 percent of your time would be spent in the office to order and process beverage related inventory.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Beverage Manager must ensure that each bar has everything they need in stock and that the bar and storage areas are kept clean and organized. POSITION SUMMARY
As the Hotel Night Manager, you will fill a key leadership role with an industry-recognized leader in hospitality management services. The Hotel Evening/Night Manager works a 4pm to midnight (or potentially later) shift and oversees the resort operations with a focus on guest services and other resort operational areas to provide Mission Point Resort guests with exceptional service. This position reports directly to the Resort Operations Manager and requires 60% front office coverage 40% property coverage.

As a Lead Cook, you will fill a key leadership role with an industry-recognized leader in hospitality services. The primary role of the Lead Cook is to manage the kitchen staff in the daily production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel’s banquet kitchen in a safe and sanitary work environment.
