Lead Gear Boater / Camp Chef

We are in search of a lead gear boater / camp chef to help run our overnight river camping program for the 2025 season. This position starts in May and runs through September. Ideal candidates will have experience planning and executing high quality meals for group son multi-day river trips, as well as experience rowing gear rafts. River trips are on the Smith River in May - July which are 5 day trips. July through September we operate shorter trips on a variety of rivers throughout the state. We are looking for a very organized, self driven individual that can oversee the entire program including menu planning, shopping, equipment organization, camp set up, etc.
