Valet

The Valet team will provide a consistently high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all guests and visitors. They greet members, park vehicles, deliver luggage, and provide shuttle services in a safe and orderly manner. The Valet team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by getting to know members and their families, while striving for the highest of standards to provide members and their family and guests with a memorable experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Greet members, and their family and guests

• Assist with unloading skies, luggage, packages, and groceries as needed

• Park cars safely and retrieve cars for members in a timely manner.

• Receive FedEx and UPS packages, log, store, and notify members of their arrival

• As time allows provide car cleaning services

• Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are safely or returned to the owner

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

• High School diploma or GED

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• A valid driver's license

• Good grooming, neat appearance, and compliance with dress policy.

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Work outside in all temperatures and conditions six to ten hours a day as required.

• Reliable and willing to work overtime, weekends and  holidays as needed during peak periods.
