What We’re Looking For:
Early Childhood Education Experience: Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 is preferred, ideally with an ECE degree or CDA certification.
Passion for Education: You are enthusiastic about fostering the development of young children, creating engaging and fun activities, and making a positive impact.
Collaborative Team Player: You work well with others, contributing to a supportive environment for both children and staff.
Caring & Positive Attitude: You are patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping every child thrive.
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and assess age-appropriate activities to support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
Document children’s progress and communicate regularly with families about their development.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in early childhood education.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive, productive environment.
