Moose Creek Ranch is more than just a guest ranch – it’s an adventure basecamp for travelers from around the globe. Our stunning property features 16 cozy cabins, 15 RV sites, 5 luxurious glamping cabins, a charming Airstream, and Conestoga glamping wagons for short-term rentals. We host unforgettable weddings, retreats, and family reunions and provide our guests with a variety of activities, including horseback riding, e-bike rentals, and more.

Guest Services Specialist (Summer 2025)

Are you a versatile, adaptable, and positive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment? As a Guest Services Specialist, you’ll wear many hats to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with friendly and professional check-in/out services.

• Provide local activity recommendations and support guest needs.

• Sell beverages, merchandise, and general store items.

• Book horseback rides and e-bike rentals.

• Assemble and deliver s’mores kits, maintain the coffee station, and assist with room quality checks.

• Help maintain our stunning property, including landscaping, firewood delivery, and grill cleaning.

• Staff the front desk and oversee reservations with ease.

• Assist with housekeeping, property inspections, and basic maintenance.

• Tidy, clean, and restock our communal areas.

• Support event setup, execution, and takedown for weddings, reunions, and corporate events.

What We’re Looking For

• Flexibility and adaptability in your role and schedule.

• A hands-on, can-do attitude to tackle tasks big and small.

• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Housing Options: Choose between a shared house in Victor or a travel trailer on our beautiful property (for the right candidate).
