- Responsible for training and supervising employees within the Parking department, ensuring that company and property procedures are followed and standards met. During off season we range from 2-4 employees, while in peak season we increase to about 20 employees.
- Assists in coordinating with guests, National Park Service and other departments to plan, prepare, and execute parking related details and special requests, including but not limited to signage, bus tours and special events.
- Assist the Parking Manager with inspecting the parking facilities to ensure that equipment and buildings meet requirements of state and local health codes and safety regulations.
- Addresses and resolves guest inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
- Analyzes information such as daily staffing, guest attendance, and labor costs to assist in maintaining cost control of parking operations.
- Oversees scheduling of department employees to ensure operational needs are met.

- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Business Administration, Construction Management or related program; or one year hospitality supervisor related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures at elevations over 5,000 feet.

AVAILABILITY DATES: Our busy season begins in May and lasts into September. Some positions start in early April and last until mid-October. Your employment chances improve if you can arrive early and work through September or later. Be realistic and specific about the exact dates you will be available, as these dates become part of your Employment Agreement.
