Muscongus Bay Lobster is a beautiful, open-air restaurant on a dock in the harbor. People come from all over to eat fresh seafood on the ocean, and we provide plenty of space and views for them to do so. Most of your prep will be done by other staff in the morning, and we need you to maintain high standards of preparing it for our guests.
The menu is simple and well executed, and consistency is key! We will train and house the right applicant! The best part is that all staff help each other out during the course of the shift which makes for a nice vibe on the dock. Our sister restaurant next door has the same "culture" yet offers inside seating and a full bar. We are open May through October, and both businesses have been around since the 50's. Round Pond has become a destination off the "regular" tourist path, so our guests are happy to be at this hidden gem!
