We’re looking for a passionate and skilled culinary professional to join us, someone with over 5 years of experience in the industry, who shares our commitment to excellence and team spirit.

As a member of our kitchen team, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your talent by cooking proteins to precise temperatures, directing a banquet of up to 100 guests with the assistance of a close-knit team, and delivering flawless dishes. You’ll also have the autonomy to demonstrate your knowledge of all mother and minor sauces, perfect butchering techniques, and proficiency with specialized equipment, including slicers, Robo-coup, Hobart mixers, and convection ovens.

In addition to your technical skills, we value clear communication and a strong work ethic. You should be comfortable reading and comprehending simple instructions and memos, and confidently presenting information in both one-on-one and small group settings. We believe in providing the tools and support needed to succeed, so you can adjust preparations to elevate flavor and meet customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
