Housekeeper

Panamint Springs is focused on providing a positive guest experience to all visitors who come through our privately owned and operated desert oasis. Whether stopping through for gas, lunch at our restaurant and bar or looking for a cozy place to sleep, the guest experience is our main priority.

We are looking for candidates with a willingness to work and go above and beyond for an excellent guest experience. We are currently seeking Housekeepers for the spring and summer season. Ideally candidates would be able to start soon and work through August.

All candidates must be able to learn about the area and be able to provide useful visitor information for guests.

Qualifications:

We provide on-site training for all these positions, although previous relevant experience is helpful. Successful candidates must:

• Possess strong attention to detail

• Value cleanliness

• Be a strong team member

• Enjoy remote living

• Possess strong communication skills and time management skills.

• Be able to read and write and have a high school diploma or GED certificate.

Applicants must have a desire and willingness to work as a team within their department, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with other departments.

Single-occupancy employee housing and on-site meal plan are available for successful candidates.
