Cleaning plateware, silverware, and glassware. Stocking deliveries. Keeping the kitchen clean and organized. Making sure garbage is taken out at the correct times.  Various other side duties.

Mackinac Island
You'll verify IDs.  Stock beer, liquor, and wine. Stock glassware, help close the bar, and have various other side duties. Shifts will usually start between 8-9 pm, but there will be the occasional afternoon shift.

Line Cook

The Line cook job consists of cooking foods to temp. Prepping and plating for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Keeping your area clean and abiding by all Health Dept. codes. Opening and closing cook stations and various amounts of side work.

Prep Cook

Mackinac Island
Prep cook will cut and prepare foods for the line. Prep various sauces, condiments, and meals. Keep their stations up to health dept standards and occasionally jump on the line to help the line cooks or the dishwashers.
