- Full-time Seasonal Guides work a 4 or 5 day work week
- Part-time Seasonal Guides work a 3 or 4 day work week
- Seasonal positions last a minimum of 27 weeks
- Good driving record
- At least 25 years of age (per insurance requirements)
- Effective communicator; energetic, outgoing, entertaining speaker
- Outdoor enthusiast with an interest in flora, fauna, history, archaeology, and geology
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Team player who is also self-motivated
- Courteous to all users of Forest Service, National Parks, and other lands we operate on
- Able to endure a variety of weather while working outdoors
- Able to drive and conduct tours up to 10 hours/day
- Able to walk on uneven terrain and conduct mild hiking tours
- Wilderness First Responder certification a plus!
- Full-time Customer Service Reps work a 4 or 5 day work week

- Available for weekends and holidays
- Able to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 9pm
- Available to work 10 hour shifts on your feet
- Proficient and accurate computer and data entry skills
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Greet customers checking in for tour reservations in a friendly manner
- Discuss tour options with new customers and book tour adventures
- Possess knowledge of all tour offerings at the Grand Canyon
- Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment

Join Pink Jeep Tours as a Customer Service Representative at the Grand Canyon! We are seeking a FT and PT Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Our work offices are based in the town of Tusayan in the Grand Canyon Visitors Center just outside the Grand Canyon National Park.
In this fun, fast paced environment you will meet customers from all over the world and play an important role in the start of a customer’s tour adventure with us.
Responsibilities include helping visitors with questions, educating and selling of Jeep tours, booking reservations, coordinating tour logistics, assisting customers and Tour Guides with tour preparation and Jeep loading, and other administrative tasks.
Training starts February 2025!
