Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime in Alaska?
Join us at Holland America/Princess Alaska - Yukon Land Operations (HAP), the largest tour operator in Alaska, where we provide logistics, transportation, and lodging to guests from Holland America Line and Princess Cruises in Alaska & the Yukon Territories. We are trailblazers in Alaska tourism, passionate about the environment, and dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for guests seeking an inland adventure.
As the largest tour operator in Alaska, we offer over 300 job types: hospitality and tourism, hotels, culinary, transportation, maintenance, and many more. Whether you're looking for back-of-the-house or front-of-the-house roles, service-centric, entry-level, or skilled-based positions, we have something for everyone seeking a seasonal job in Alaska or the Yukon!
During our season, we operate nine stunning hotels and lodges (5 Princess, 4 Holland America) across two countries, totaling 2,800 rooms, offering our guests a lifetime of memories. Team members will gain invaluable experience with industry leaders, work alongside a multicultural team, and be inspired daily.
Our Southeast Operations teams (Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan) will welcome over a million visitors this summer. Everyone wants to visit Alaska and the Yukon!
Our Alaska food & beverage venues include coffee kiosks, breakfast buffets, domed rail cars on the train, our own pizzeria, a burger joint, Cook your Catch programs, a steakhouse in Denali, Music of Denali dinner theater, and, of course, unique Alaska seafood restaurants at every location. With so many guests coming through, our dining venues are high-energy, fast-paced, and thrilling environments.
In addition to hotels and dining venues, employees can soak in the breathtaking beauty of Alaska by rail as they roll through the pristine Alaska interior with views of soaring peaks, glaciers, and remarkable wildlife. Seating 1,752 passengers between our 20 glass-domed double-decker private railcar fleet, our rail cars set the standard in railroad history at 10 feet wide, 85 feet long, and 17 feet 5 inches tall. All railcars are equipped with a bar upstairs in the dome and a dining room downstairs; that is, 20 rolling restaurants served by 16 full-service kitchens!
With just under 300 total motorcoaches, we have the 5th largest fleet of motorcoaches in North America. Between our seven transportation divisions, 5 million miles are driven every summer!
With all that being said, if you have a spirit for adventure, love the great outdoors, and take pride in creating long-lasting, unforgettable memories for guests, this is an excellent opportunity to merge personal passion with a career.
