Seeking Summer Experiential Education Facilitators

Are you passionate about youth development, outdoor education, and fostering equity? Princeton-Blairstown Center (PBC) is seeking dynamic, change-driven individuals to join our Summer Bridge program and make a lasting impact on the lives of students from historically marginalized communities in the NYC area.

As a Summer Experiential Education Facilitator, you will work on our 268-acre campus, located near the scenic Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, where fun and learning intersect. Your primary goal will be to help bridge the "summer learning gap" by guiding middle and early high school youth through engaging, hands-on experiences that promote academic growth, physical well-being, social-emotional development, and environmental stewardship.

Join a diverse and collaborative team, where you'll work closely with a small cohort of 10-12 students each week, empowering them with essential 21st-century skills like communication, collaboration, and creativity.
