Sous Chef/Kitchen Assistant
Among other things, duties include preparation and presentation of food and of special dietary needs meals such as vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian... In addition, all kitchen related aspects such as kitchen help, cleaning the prep area after meals and keeping the kitchen and related areas clean. General interest and light cooking experience at minimum, but must be teachable and willing to learn. Great work ethic and communication skills a must.
Baker
Preparation of breads, barn cookies, and desserts as well as general meal preparation, kitchen duties, and kitchen cleaning. Some creativity a plus but mainly same menu week to week - we have great recipes! Great work ethic and communication skills a must.

Buckaroo Counselor
Responsible for our 3-5 year old guests. Activities include being led on horseback so need to be comfortable around horses. Buckaroo Counselors need to be teachable, willing and able to make things fun for our youngest guests. We love the kids! Great work ethic and communication skills a must.

Children's Counselor
The Cowpoke Counselor is responsible for our 6-11 year-old guests while out on rides and during activities. Our counselors have to be able to ride with, guide, and teach a variety of ages how to ride to the best of their ability. They will alternate being a full-time wrangler and a kids' counselor/wrangler. As well as being self-motivated and able to relate well to children, they need to be creative and to make everything fun! Experience with this age group and a higher level of riding and horse experience is important since the counselor is also a wrangler. Candidates must be extremely teachable and willing to learn. Great work ethic and communication skills a must.

Fly Fishing Guide/Maintenance
Responsible for instructing and guiding guests on the river and instructing with trap shooting and archery. Also part of maintenance and groundskeeping crew, therefore basic knowledge of maintenance, tools and repair is important. Need to be willing to help in all areas of the ranch. Great work ethic and communication skills a must.

Housekeeper/Server
Responsible for daily housekeeping of the guest cabins and regular turnover of cabins, as well as serving and cleaning up before and after meals, and myriad other duties. Afternoons usually off! Great work ethic and communication skills a must.

Mechanic/Maintenance
Responsible for basic maintenenace, servicing and other upkeep on all ranch vehicles + 4-wheelers, side-by-side, tractors etc. Ordering parts and keeping the shop organized and clean are a big part of the job. May also work ranch maintenance, guiding, trap/shooting/archery. Alll ranch staff may help with ranch turnover on Saturdays.

Teen Counselor
The Teen Counselor is responsible for our 12-17 year-old guests while out on rides and during activities. Our counselors have to be able to ride with, guide, and teach a variety of ages how to ride to the best of their ability. They will alternate being a full-time wrangler and a teen counselor/wrangler. They need to be self-motivated, relate well to teens, creative, and be able to make everything fun! Experience with this age group and a good level of riding and horse experience is important since the counselor is also a wrangler. Candidates must be extremely teachable and willing to learn. Wrangler
Wranglers need to have a strong background in riding and excellent people skills. Main duties include care and maintenance of the horses and conducting guest rides of all levels, as well as helping with general work around the ranch as needed.
