Description

Rancho de Los Caballeros is looking for experienced wranglers with an outgoing personality and love for people and horses to join our team this coming 2023-2024 season! 

Located in the historic cowboy town of Wickenburg Arizona, Rancho de Los Caballeros has been providing our guests with quality horses, fun experiences and above all safety, for over 70 years. 

If you're looking for an authentic guest ranch experience and a rewarding work environment that provides guests and employees with lasting memories, Los Cab is the place for you! 

Requirements

Wranglers must have abundant riding skills and will be expected to take out all level rides (walk, trot and lope) on the 20,000 acres surrounding the ranch. Other corral activities include ranch rodeos, roping lessons, barrel racing lessons and team penning.

Chores such as:

• feeding

• grooming/tacking horses

• doctoring if needed

• keeping the workspace clean and tidy are part of our daily schedule.

Benefits

• Rate of pay: $15.00 plus gratuities. 

• Housing and meals provided if required.

• Employees can participate in ranch activities (golf, trap shooting, archery to name a few)2.5 days off a week (except during peak season).

• Wranglers can ride on their days off.
