Concierge

The hotel Concierge/Activity Coordinator you will assist guests with a variety of needs. Concierges focus on helping guests save time and ensure things are as convenient and pleasant as possible throughout their stay. Activities Coordinator helps to coordinate activities arounds the ranch.We are currently hiring for a part-time Evenings person. This position pays 15.00 per hour plus gratuity and provides free lunch during your shift.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests.

• Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.

• Understand customers’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.

• Acquire intensive knowledge of premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.

• Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel guests.

• Answer the phones and make reservations for activities, dinner transportation etc.

• Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.

 Requirements

• High school diploma: degree in hotel management or relevant field will be a plus.

• Must possess a professional presentation.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed
