The Host position is a critical position in our Restaurants. You are responsible for greeting our guests quickly, happily and professionally and are essentially the face and gatekeeper of the restaurant. Working in close communication with the Restaurant Manager on duty you control the flow and ultimately the success of the meal period for the Restaurant. We use Resy table management software to maintain waitlists, notify guests through text messages that their table is ready and to track server sections and vacant tables.

Dominique's House Sales Associate
Dominique’s House is a fan favorite store that specializes in upscale home furnishings, high-end
liquor and gifts for everyone’s homes (or boats!).
Job duties:
● Engage with guests to create sales
● Restock inventory on a daily basis
● Daily organizing and staging of merchandise
● Daily cleaning and tidying of the store, includes sweeping, dusting and vacuuming
● Follow instructions received from the floor manager and retail director
Requirements:
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Must be able to work a register and learn the POS system
● Must attend Alcohol Training Class, provided by Roche Harbor and receive Class 12
mixologist permit
● Must be able to lift 30 lbs and be on feet for extended periods of time
● Dress appropriately for work
● Passion for the retail industry (previous retail experience preferred)
● Demonstrate consistent work ethic with a positive attitude
● Demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
● Communicate clearly in written/verbal form with customers/guests; employees and
management
● Enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere
● Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Roche Harbor Clothing Co. Sales Associate
The Roche Harbor Clothing Co. carries brands such as Johnny Was, Cut Loose, Dylan, Tommy
Bahama and more to outfit men and women in resort wear for their stay at Roche Harbor. Not
only does the Clothing Co. carry these designer brands, but also is equipped with Roche Harbor
tees, hats and sweatshirts to remind you of your trip to the harbor.

Requirements:
● Must be at least 21 years of age
● Must be able to work a register and learn the POS system
● Must attend Alcohol Training Class, provided by Roche Harbor and receive Class 12

● Must be able to lift 30+ pounds, climb ladders, stand on feet for extended periods of time
● Experience in the retail industry (wine industry experience preferred)
● Guest forward, exceptional customer service
