The Russian American Company, an Alaskan family-owned business with upscale gift shops and art galleries in Sitka, Alaska, is now hiring sales associates for summer positions.
Qualified candidates will work a minimum 40 hrs or more per week, with possible overtime available. Duties include customer service, product shipping and receiving, merchandising, stocking, and all facets of our retail operations. Applicants must be eligible for employment in USA and to be available for the entire season from early May until end of September, 2025.
We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic people, customer service oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail sales experience very helpful, appropriate dress code required, hourly wage or salary depending upon experience.
We also are offering free housing and a travel allowance to and from Alaska, very good wages, plus an end of the season bonus.
