Line Cook is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory, and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.

What you’ll do:

The Nitty Gritty

• Previous cooking experience is required.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

• Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

• Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customers’ needs in a timely manner.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time. 

• Must have a valid driver's license. 

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a workday.
