Summary:

As the Shift Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of our establishment, blending operational efficiency with a passion for customer satisfaction. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, happy employees, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management:

• Supervise and execute precise cash handling procedures.

• Monitor cash registers and reconcile transactions.

• Implement strategies to minimize cash discrepancies.

Daily Bank Drops:

• Conduct regular bank drops following established protocols.

• Ensure secure transportation of daily earnings to the bank.

• Maintain accurate records of bank transactions.

Employee Scheduling:

• Develop and manage weekly employee schedules.

• Align staffing levels with anticipated business demands.

• Consider individual preferences and availability while creating schedules.

Employee Breaks Management:

• Coordinate employee breaks to maintain optimal staffing levels.

• Ensure compliance with break policies and regulations.

• Foster a positive work environment during break times.

Void, Comps, and Discounts Management:

• Oversee and authorize voids, comps, and discounts according to company policies.

• Train staff on proper procedures and monitor for misuse.

• Analyze trends and propose strategies to minimize unnecessary concessions.

In-Store Presence:

• Actively engage in day-to-day store operations.

• Provide hands-on support to staff during peak hours.

• Foster a positive and customer-centric atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous lead experience in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
