- Relieve Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, and Laundry Supervisor during scheduled days off
- Perform inspections to ensure cleanliness is up to standards and meets guest expectations
- Assist with the preparation schedules and payroll
- Provide training and support to housekeeping and laundry staff
- Maintain warehouse in neat and orderly fashion
- Receive, check and stock food and beverage orders
- Stock and clean kitchen dry storage and walk-in cooler
- Logging of temperature variance for coolers and freezers
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of proper and up to date food handling and health standards
- Ability to maneuver and safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Sanitize work areas during shift and before the next shift
- Ensure all equipment is clean
- Follow and complete prep list each day
- Use standard recipes and presentations

- Execute bar setup and closing procedures
- Conduct proper alcohol serving procedures
- Ensure the proper handling of food according to health codes

- Ensure all guests’ luggage is correctly tagged and safely stored and transported to the assigned destination
- Greet arriving and departing guests and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the industrial dishwasher
- Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Stock supplies in serving stations or storage
- Empty and clean all garbage receptacles
- Follow sanitation policies at all times
- Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as necessary, especially at peak hours
- Expedite food from the pickup window on trays ready for the front of house staff
- Ensure outgoing food is presentable
- Prepare basic food production stocks
- Arrange Expeditor station for following shift
- Keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitized
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of front of house employees and Events Manager
- In coordination with the F&B FOH Operations Manager, responsible for maintaining reasonable Food and Beverage costs, and reasonable labor costs in the dining room, in keeping with the Lodge budget and guidelines
- Train Events Manager on essential job functions
- Work with Events Manager on set up and staffing of banquets and weddings
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals
- Work with F&B Admin to coordinate and collect payments from clients after completion of events
- Assist in successful on-boarding, training, and off-boarding of seasonal staff
- Oversee Events Manager in maintaining, printing, and distributing banquet event orders on a daily / weekly basis
- Assist with group manifest and updating event calendar
- Provide guest with lodging and local area information
- Perform guest reservations, check-in and checkout procedures
- Assign guests to rooms based on requests and arrival times
- Perform basic cashier and cash handling duties
- Assist guests with retail purchases

- Set up host station for shift
- Obtain reservations, map seating arrangements, acknowledge, greet and seat guests
- Close tickets and tender change as necessary

- Work quickly and efficiently to strip hotel room linens, remake beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, replenish supplies, and report any damages or items needing repair.
- Work in common areas to ensure things are organized, clean and tidy.
- Work in the laundry facility to load washers & dryers, fold linens, prepare housekeeping carts.
- Be a great team member who is willing to “do what it takes” to complete daily housekeeping rosters on schedule.
- Greet guests in the hotel as needed and answer questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
- Formulate and communicate the daily direction to staff based on the arrival and departure of guests
- Oversee the detailing, cleaning and inspections of guest rooms
- Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping and Front Desk team members to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
- Place linen and chemical orders
- Walk-throughs of the grounds, picking up garbage and disposing of it
- Water and fertilize plants
- Mow and trim lawns
- Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Assist with maintenance projects
- Supervise, train and provide leadership to the Laundry Attendants
- Safely operate laundry equipment; launder, fold and organize all Lodge linens
- Fill linen orders and maintain specific linen inventories
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals
- Use standard recipes and presentations
- Prepare food for dining room service
- Ensure all equipment is clean and safely stored
- Prep food as needed and for following shift
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Strip linens from guest rooms
- Pick up and drop off laundry at the laundry facility
- Restock and clean linen closets

- Balance deposits to sales and complete all accounting forms
- Run end-of-day reports and package audit envelopes
- Sanitize work areas during shift and before the next shift

- Instruct Line Cooks and Prep Cooks in their duties
- Interface with service staff to provide excellent customer service

- Ensure excellent guest service through training and supervising of dining room and bar team members
- Coordinate an efficient working environment between the kitchen and front of house team members

Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant
Ensures daily, that highest quality standards of housekeeping are maintained for our guests. The Laundry Supervisor trains, supervises and creates the schedules for laundry staff. As Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily laundering and folding of Lodge linen and for the safe and efficient operation of laundry equipment. You will perform daily inspections and maintenance of laundry equipment. You will work with team members within your department and others to complete the following tasks:
