WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Perform general landscape maintenance for all Whitetail Club property including our exclusive Members’ homes.

• Operate small machinery, hand held and walking equipment for edging, raking, trimming, mowing and snow removal.  

• Ensure the growth and vibrancy of plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures.    

• Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.

• Remove weeds and dead plants, trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.

• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.

• Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.

• Coordinate with manager to ensure the landscaping meets the client's expectations.

• Operate equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.

• Maintain flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Department Manager. Safely operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris; ie: sod cutter, trencher and/or tamper for routine projects.

• Possess the ability to operate dump trucks and tractors for hauling purposes, preferred but not required.

• Attend staff meetings.
