Science Educator

We have immediate openings for Part-Time Science Educators with our Classrooms Unleashed program in Reno, NV.

Teach outdoor environmental science to elementary students 15-30 per week, in the classroom and in the field at local nature areas. You’ll also lead families through hands-on STEM activities at Family STEM Nights evening events at local schools. Learn our best practices of the unique research-based approach to teaching science by the Lawrence Hall of Science at UC Berkeley. This experience is a great opportunity for those who may be earning their substitute teaching license.

Part-time benefits:

• $19-$20 per hour, 15-30 hours per week

• An additional 3% pay for bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages that support our programs
