Restaurant Staff

We’re looking for a motivated, personable, hardworking person to fill a position that include a little bit of everything – cleaning, prep, dishwashing, bussing and food prep.  We are small and dedicated crew with lots of experience; both in the service industry and in outdoor recreation in the area. We are open in the evenings so your mornings, early afternoons and days off can be spent exploring this incredible section of Yellowstone (we all ski, fish, mountain bike, hike, hunt etc.)   Everyone on the staff does a little bit of everything so you won’t be asked to do anything that the rest don’t already do.  It doesn’t matter if you have little to no restaurant experience if you are willing to put in the effort while following directions while being part of a fun and dynamic team, you’re the type of person we’re looking for!  

The Royal Wulff Tavern is located in the Historic Range Rider Lodge located at N.E. Entrance to Yellowstone. This 1930’s Lodge is one of the biggest and most beautiful Log structures in Montana.  Ernest Hemingway frequented the bar in the late 1930s. We serve classic cocktails such as Martini’s, Old Fashioned’s and Manhattan’s, our food is upscale and healthy but prepared in an unconventional kitchen. We have recently added an outside deck with incredible views, so we are expecting a significant bump in business.    

The job includes:

· Making sandwiches, salads, desserts, and other prep work.

· Cleaning, getting ice, taking trash.

· Doing dishes, bussing tables, bar-backing. 

· Interacting with guests.

· Waiting tables (depending on restaurant knowledge and experience).  

Applicant should be:

·  A people person.

·  Able to work effectively with others or by themselves.

·  Willingness to learn.

· Excel in a fast-paced work environment.

·  Able to remain detail oriented.

·  Motivated.

·  Physically able to spend an eight hour shift on their feet as well as lifting 50lbs.

The pay is $14/hour plus tips(depending on position), 30-40 hours/week. Housing is provided at low cost.
