    Server

    Jackson

     The Restaurant Server is responsible for all aspects of lunch or dinner service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner and guide them through any specials, take orders, remedy any problems
    • Complete tasks related to the set up of the restaurant
    • Anticipate member and guests needs and respond to any requests
    • Assist and serve all members and guests in a timely manner
    • Complete transactions, both cash, credit and members charges
    • Complete shift report at end of shift
    • Share knowledge about the menu items including wine and spirits
    • Perform wine service
    • Set and bus tables as needed
    • Work as a team to assist any co-workers

    Qualifications:

    • Communicate fluently in English
    • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and throughout the entire season
    • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry heavy plates, and move around through the entirety of the shift
    • Have a warm and welcoming attitude in all circumstances
    • Current TIPS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment is encouraged

    Experience:

    • Serving: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Wine service knowledge encouraged, but willing to train

    Bartender

    Jackson

    Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a professional, friendly, efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to guests’ needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Bartenders embrace their role.

    Bartenders work in close collaboration with the Lead Bartender and fellow colleagues and must adhere to established health and safety standards. Bartenders also maintain the cleanliness, presentation and ambiance of the bar which is an integral part of the guests’ experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and serve guests at the bar, take orders for food and drinks
    • Make drinks using standard pours and according to the recipes
    • Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and dining room guests
    • Keep track of tabs and handle transactions accurately
    • Check IDs and ensure they are of legal drinking age
    • Unpack deliveries and ensure the bar is stocked sufficiently with drinks, mixers, ice and the cash drawer for the entirety of the shift
    • Handle cash and credit transactions, recognize members and know when to apply their bill to their member account
    • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
    • Keep an accurate log of any alcohol incidents in log book located at bar
    • Create new cocktails and innovations for the bar
    • Be attentive, enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable
    • Simultaneously keep the bar area tidy, assist all guests in a timely manner and maintain a positive, welcoming environment

    Qualifications:

    • Must be TIPS certified (Training for Intervention Procedures) or within 30 days of hire
    • Proficient in English
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    • Prior customer service experience preferred
    • Ability to work quickly and with great accuracy and attention to detail
    • Compute basic arithmetic
    • Collaboration and dedication to team goals required
    • Stand, lift heavy objects and move around behind a bar for the entirety of the shift
    • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and stay through the entirety of the Summer 2025 season

    Experience:

    • Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Wine service knowledge

    Line Cook

    As a Cook, you are the heart of our resort, using your skills and expertise to delight our guests with your culinary creations. You will be responsible for the preparation, production, and plating of high-quality food. Our menu features seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with only the freshest and finest ingredients. Working alongside some of the most innovative Chefs, you will learn from the best.

    Requirements

    • As a Line Cook, you will work alongside our Executive Chef to create memorable food experiences for our guests.
    • You are responsible for preparing appetizers, salads, banquet items, a la carte items, etc.
    • You will assist with Banquet preparation and production.
    • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
    • Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
    • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
    • Follow all food safety regulations
    • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
    • Performs other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds

    Housekeeping Room Attendant

    As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Snake River Sporting Club, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of member homes and guest rooms to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for our guests.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Room Cleaning and Maintenance:

    • Clean and maintain member homes and guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
    • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
    • Ensure all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures are dusted and polished.
    1. Attention to Detail:

    • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.
    • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms promptly.
    1. Guest Service:

    • Provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
    • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
    • Ensure guest privacy and security are maintained at all times.
    1. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations.
    • Communicate effectively with the front desk and other hotel/club departments.
    1. Adherence to Standards:

    • Follow all housekeeping and safety procedures and guidelines.
    • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and quality control measures.
    1. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies and amenities.
    • Report low stock levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
    • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
