We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our dynamic team in the Café, Retail, and Housekeeping departments! These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position: Café Associate 

As a Café Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing delicious food and beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Flexibility to work in various roles such as food preparation, cashiering, and beverage service is essential. 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards. 

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. 

• Keep the café clean and organized, ensuring “First Guest Fresh” standards. 

• Maintain accurate food and safety logs. 

• Adhere to company cash handling and safe food handling procedures. 

• Collaborate with the team to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment. 

Requirements: 

• Knowledge of food preparation, storage, and sanitation. 

• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment. 

• ServSafe or State Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain). 

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. 

Position: Retail Associate 

As a Retail Associate, you’ll engage with guests to provide friendly and efficient service, offer product recommendations, and assist with park-related inquiries. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining store displays, processing sales transactions, and meeting sales goals. 

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers within 30 seconds and provide exceptional service. 

• Assist customers with product selections and offer suggestions. 

• Process payments accurately using the point of sale system. 

• Restock and maintain displays to company standards. 

• Achieve sales goals and participate in opening and closing procedures. 

• Participate in cleaning and maintenance duties throughout the store. 

• Ensure adherence to all store policies. 

Requirements: 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking. 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. 

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred. 

Position: Housekeeping Attendant 

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you’ll play a key role in providing a clean, comfortable environment for guests by performing a range of housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms and public areas, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. 

Responsibilities: 

• Clean guest rooms and public areas following company standards. 

• Change linens, empty trash, dust, scrub, and vacuum as needed. 

• Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor. 

• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks. 

• Maintain housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies and linens. 

• Participate in unloading and stocking of linens delivered by truck. 

Requirements: 

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

• Must be able to walk, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. 

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred. 

General Requirements for All Positions: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. 

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
