We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team in a variety of roles! From an inventory specialist and restaurant leadership to maintenance and retail, we have opportunities for you.

Snow Mountain, LLC is located in the spectacular Lassen Volcanic National Park in California. As one of the country's oldest national parks, Lassen is consumed with gorgeous hiking trails, picturesque lakes that afford fishing and kayaking, and cabins and campgrounds for the those that want to experience the rustic feel of the beautiful outdoors!

Inventory Specialist (Early May – Mid September)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive and process merchandise, ensuring proper labeling and pricing.

• Maintain an organized warehouse, collaborate with managers to replenish stock, and assist with outgoing shipments.

• Ensure all products are properly stocked, inventoried, and displayed according to company standards.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently.

Restaurant Manager (July – Mid October)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Manage HR functions, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Oversee budgets, menu planning, cost control, and quality assurance.

• Promote the restaurant and manage external partnerships for advertising and community engagement.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years in hospitality, with 3+ years in a management role.

• Food handler’s card and certifications as required.

• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring timely and quality repairs.

• Handle hands-on repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

• Manage preventative maintenance programs and ensure building equipment is functioning properly.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, manage external contractors, and collaborate with the GM on projects.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (degree or trade school certification preferred).

• 3+ years of management experience and 5+ years in construction/maintenance.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
