Spotted Horse Ranch – Guest Services/Bartender Position (2025 Season)

The Spotted Horse Ranch is hiring a Guest Services/Bartender for the 2025 season! This role is perfect for someone with a mature, outgoing personality, strong multitasking skills, and a familiarity with Western culture. As the Guest Services/Bartender, you'll interact with our guests daily in our on-site saloon, embodying the persona and values of the ranch.

Job Responsibilities:

Guest Services/Bartender duties include, but are not limited to:

• Bartending & Saloon Maintenance – Serve guests, maintain a clean and welcoming saloon, and uphold a professional bar environment.

• Inventory Management – Track and replenish soda, beer and wine supplies as needed.

• Accounting for Drinks – Keep detailed records of beer and wine consumption for both guests and staff.

• Saloon Cleanliness – Deep cleaning required and maintained daily.

• Appetizer Service – Present and replenish appetizers during Happy Hour.

• Recycling & Waste Disposal – Empty trash, recycle glass bottles, and transport recyclables to an off-site center as needed.

• Outdoor Maintenance – Ensure the cleanliness of the outside deck and saloon surroundings.

• Event Support – Set up and take down the bar area for Sunday and Thursday night cookouts.

• Guest Transportation – Shuttle guests to and from town or the airport after 5 PM.

• Late Check-Ins – Assist with check-ins for guests arriving after 5 PM.

• Ranch Maintenance – Support general ranch upkeep, including landscaping, grounds keeping, and other tasks as necessary.

Employment Season:

Our season runs from May through the end of October, and we’re looking for candidates who can commit to the full season. The schedule for this position is 6 days a week, evenings from 2-close daily.

Your salary package includes shared housing and three meals per day during your employment. You are expected to live on the ranch while you are employed at Spotted Horse Ranch.
