Executive Sous Chef

Job Description

Stockmans is a performance-based employer.  We provide an aggressive, above-industry standards pay scale for qualified candidates.  At an Executive Sous Chef level, you’ll work closely with the exec owner to oversee all aspects of our kitchen productivity.  This includes educated advisory of our kitchen team, monitoring inventory, and ensuring all dishes are presented to the highest standards.  Chef must have a great depth of knowledge in breaking down all proteins and preparing of carbohydrates and cutting of vegetables on various biases.  Housing is available off site for employees.

Qualifications

This person must:

• Have extensive Food Safety knowledge and formal culinary training.  Serve Safe Managerial Certificate recommended but not required.  Stockmans will provide this training if necessary.

• Have their own means of transportation.  We live in Wyoming and a good vehicle is not only essential but required.
