- Assist the Director with the hiring, training, scheduling, orientation and payroll of all Front Desk employees.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 5–8 front line employees in the Mountain Activities Sales Department. Delivers supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable procedures. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, setting daily break schedules, addressing complaints, resolving problems, oversees all in-person private lesson booking processes, aids in the private lesson billing process and aiding in all aspects of the sale and fulfillment process.

Ski Patrol Basic
The Telluride Ski Patrol is an all-paid, professional ski patrol. Candidates must possess a current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) or Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) certification or WFR if certified through Wilderness Medical Institute, Wilderness Medical Associates or SOLO. Applicants must have a high level of fitness and ski (no snowboards) at an expert level. Experience in avalanche mitigation, beacon search/companion rescue and high angle rescue are a plus. New patrollers must commit to a full time seasonal schedule of four days per week. Must have at least one year previous patrolling experience at a resort with an avalanche mitigation program.
1. MAJOR FUNCTION:
The Basic Patroller is responsible for assisting the ski patrol department in the performance of daily patrol duties, including but not limited to, first aid and evacuation of injured guests, trail safety checks, trail maintenance and hazard mitigation throughout the day and trail clearing (sweep). The Basic Patroller will also engage in guest service, skier safety education and enforcement, avalanche mitigation, risk management and incident investigation. The Telluride Ski Patrol is an all-paid, professional ski patrol. Candidates must possess a current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) or Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) certification, or a Wilderness First Responder taught by Wilderness Medical Institutes, Wilder Medical Associates, or SOLO. Applicants must have a high level of fitness and ski (no snowboards) at an expert level. Experience in avalanche mitigation, beacon search/companion rescue and high angle rescue are a plus. New patrollers must commit to a full time seasonal schedule of four days per week.

The Patroller Trainee is responsible for assisting ski patrol department in all aspects of ski patrol, including but not limited to, first aid and evacuation of injured guests, trail checks, equipment maintenance, guest service, avalanche mitigation, risk management and incident investigation.

The most difficult part of being a Patroller Trainee is learning the basic aspects of ski patrolling. Learning trail names, sweep procedures, avalanche control routes, mountain logistics, gaining first aid experience and self-confidence are a challenge especially to someone who is experiencing the mountain for the first time. Physical demands of the job are significant.

The most successful individuals would have a resume that displays a progression of experiences that displays the acquisitions of skills blending with evidence of leadership skills. Typical outstanding characteristics might be a background with Outward Bound, Scouting, National Outdoor Leadership experience, US military background, etc. The most successful candidates have relatively extensive work experience.

Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily business operations of retail / rental locations. Assist in supervising, mentoring and training a staff of 5-14 employees on providing exceptional service to our guests. Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager on the day-to-day functions of all store operations.
