Kitchen Manager

Hooligans Irish Pub is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our team!  You would oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure quality food preparation and presentation while also developing specials and signature dishes. You would also oversee ordering, maintaining inventory and managing food costs.

Along with these responsibilities you would manage, train, and work alongside kitchen staff while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth sailing service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a passion for food and commitment to high-quality, creative dishes, and strong knowledge of food safety regulations.   Required to have experience as a Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

 This position is full-time seasonal (April  – November) that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Must also have a positive attitude and be willing to belong to a supportive and inclusive team culture!
