Restaurant Supervisor - $19.75/Hour
Job Summary: This is a floor supervisory position that requires coordination between staffing and business levels assisting in all FOH positions where necessary to accommodate guest service.

Job Summary: This position oversees/performs the daily accounting functions for the cash operations and internal controls of The Grand Hotel and the Tusayan Trading Post operations as well as completing some administrative responsibilities.

Kitchen Supervisor - $19.75/Hour
Job Summary: The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for assisting in coordination and efficient kitchen operation, with emphasis on food ordering, kitchen production, sanitation, and training. In addition, this position supports food preparation, cooking, storing, labeling, checking food temperatures, organizing coolers, placing/receiving orders, prep lists, recipes, and specs.

Kitchen Manager - $48,000+/Year
Job Summary: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall efficient operation of The Grand Hotel Canyon Star Steakhouse kitchen. Management includes all aspects of Legendary Hospitality, coordinating and supervising the restaurant's kitchen staff, prepping, and cooking according to food safety standards and Xanterra Travel Collection standards. In addition, this position is responsible for advanced administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to, using various software platforms including Kronos, Cloud Suite, Micros, Microsoft, and various administrative/paperwork tracking.

Advanced Cook - $17.40/Hour
Job Summary: The Advanced Cook is an advanced skill level position responsible for preparing meals and following establishment recipes to include; preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff, and deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
