Housekeeping Inspector
The Housekeeping Inspector will examine and complete assigned section of guest rooms to ensure adherence to company standards and quality guest service.

Maintenance Engineer
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair activities associated with the operation of all Xanterra Tusayan/Grand Hotel facilities.

Cook
The Intermediate Cook is a mid-skill level position responsible for preparing meals and following establishment recipes to include preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff, and deliver quality food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer.

HR Generalist
The Human Resource Generalist will work with the HR Manager to run the daily functions of the Human Resource department. Tasks include administering pay, benefits, & leave, running reports from HRIS, tracking I-9, E-Verify compliance, onboarding new employees, and orientation training.

HR Manager
Under direction of the Human Resource Director, the HR Manager manages the day to day operation of human resource functions and processes ensuring compliance at The Grand Hotel and Tusayan Trading Post. Responsible for administration of a broad range of responsibilities: employee relations, staffing, housing, recordkeeping, data entry, implementation of policies and procedures, training, etc.  Coordinate recruiting efforts, monitor staffing needs, while adhering to Xanterra’s policies and procedures.
