The Lodge & Spa at Three Forks Ranch

Three Forks Ranch is in search of talented Culinarians to complete our summer team! If you've been looking to come out west, or you already enjoy this as your home, we'd love to talk to you about what we  have to offer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Daily preparation and production of their food outlet
2. Utilize all F&B WLW SOP’s local health department regulations, and federal guidelines.
3. Inspect all foods received for freshness and proper specifications.
4. Store all raw foods and prepared items using all mandated procedures.
5. Follow all use records and procedures for food prep in accordance with HACCP
6. Check freshness of foods and ingredients
7. Ensure all recipes and portion use records are followed.
8. Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers.
9. Requires moving supplies to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
