What We Are Looking For: A full-time, year-round qualified and dependable experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the upkeep and care of facilities at Three Forks Lodge and Spa and related properties. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a highly productive environment. The ideal candidate will have hotel/resort & spa related experience and worked with MaintainX or other facility management software. This role reports to and works under the general supervision of the Head of Maintenance. 

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and maintain front and back of house mechanical systems

• Ensure that heating, plumbing, electrical, appliance and other operating systems perform at optimal functionality

• Perform routine maintenance and service escalations in a timely manner

• Respond to maintenance calls and provide customer service while researching and resolving issues

• Proactively schedule and perform necessary preventative maintenance

• Maintain an organized schedule and complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner using the MaintainX facility maintenance software platform

• Collaboration with management and vendors

Qualification Requirements

• Positive attitude/approach

• Effective Communication skills

• Proactive, solution-based mindset with a willingness to study and research maintenance and repair related topics

• At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a resort setting

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC and electrical systems

• Basic set of hand and power tools

• Able and willing to work inside and outside in various weather conditions

• Adherence to company safety standards

• Willingness and ability to respond to after hours, on-call service requests

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Certified Pool Operator experience preferred; certification training available for the right candidate

Compensation

Three Forks Ranch offers competitive wages. The wage rate for this position is dependent on the experience and training of the applicant.
