Head Shooting Guide is integral in creating a professional and positive environment for guests and employees by monitoring the Shooting department, ensuring that guides are performing to the best of their ability and guests receive the highest quality experience possible. This role works closely with the Activities Manager and Director.
Ideal candidates will have
oversee ranges and equipment for the following: Pistol, Rifle, Sporting Clays, Trap and Skeet, Rimfire, Paintball
provide a safe environment for guests and coworkers
have a passion for teaching others
strong customer service/hospitality experience
a positive attitude
a strong work ethic
First aid/CPR certification
