Join Our Team at TinyCamp – Housekeeping & Property Maintenance Position!

TinyCamp is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Property Maintenance Team (we need 2 people!) to help us deliver a 5-star hotel experience in the stunning Verde Valley, Arizona. If you’re self-motivated, adaptable, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity to work in a unique hospitality setting with room and board included!

🏡 Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable team member to clean and maintain TinyCamp cabins in Sedona, Cottonwood and Clarkdale, Arizona. This seasonal position (and could be permanent!) is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a top-tier, unforgettable stay by keeping cabins spotless, maintaining hot tubs, and preparing special touches that enhance their experience.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

• Housekeeping & Cabin Cleaning – Ensure cabins are spotless and guest-ready

• Laundry Duties – Pick up and process laundry at our on-site facility

• Hot Tub Maintenance – Regular cleaning and upkeep

• Exterior Property Maintenance – Keep outdoor areas clean, tidy, and inviting

• Guest Experience Enhancements – Set up packages and special surprises for direct bookings

• Inventory & Organization – Maintain supplies and organize storage units

📍 Where?

TinyCamp has properties in Sedona, Cottonwood and Clarkdale, Arizona.

📅 When?

• Seasonal position that could become permanent: Starts mid-late March

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week, depending on volume of guests

• Hours: around 25 hours total per week

🏠 Room & Board Included!

We offer on-site housing at BohoBaseCamp in Clarkdale as part of the compensation package, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a work-and-stay experience in a scenic location.

💲 Compensation

• $15.70 per hour

• Additional hours may be available
