- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Sous Chef
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Flexible schedule expectations, including weekends, evening and mornings
- Ability to remain adaptable to varying needs of the lodge and clients if things change due to weather conditions and the ability to fly
- Valid handler's permit for handling food
- Culinary school diploma preferred, but not required depending on years of experience
Sous Chef
2 Years Experience Required.
We are looking for a professional Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef to prepare food to the exact Chef’s specifications and to step in for the Head Chef on their time off. Duties will consist of assisting the Head Chef with their daily tasks and job duties including, but not limited to, actual production of each meal, help with cleaning the kitchen after and between meals, help with the cutting, precooking and marinating, helping to train other kitchen staff, helping with inventory and helping prepare ingredients and dishes. The successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Available for seasonal work from late February 2025 to April 23rd, 2025,
Communal living experience is preferred but not required.
PAY: This position pays $1,500 per week
BENEFITS: Housing is provided free of charge. Meals are $70/week, this includes 1hot meals per day with breakfast, lunch and snack options provided in the community yurt.
