Staff also have access to the ranch amenities. As a part of the Turpin Meadow Winter Team, you will have access to all that the ranch has to offer. We provide opportunities for staff to participate in all the activities offered including fishing, horseback riding, fat tire biking, hiking and many other activities at the ranch. We offer special employee discounts on retail items and food from the restaurant. We also work with several vendors throughout the area that provide special consideration for Turpin Meadow Staff on their services.
Getting Here and Getting Around
You will be expected to arrive in Jackson Hole by your own means. Jackson Hole does have an airport, though it is strongly recommended that you have your own means of reliable transportation so that you can explore the nearby national parks and get into the town of Jackson on your own. The ranch does not provide regular employee shuttles.
Navigation systems and GPS units may provide inaccurate information, so it's a good idea to print and prepare your driving directions beforehand. If you have any questions about closed roads or general directions, please call us before you begin your journey to the ranch. Cell phone reception can be limited in many nearby areas and through many parts of Wyoming.
For Fun
If you are an outdoor enthusiast Turpin Meadow Ranch is the place for you!

With three National Forest trail-heads within walking distance, you will quickly be on your way to exploring the backcountry.
There is world-class skiing, fat tire biking, snowmobiling, climbing, hiking, and camping in Jackson Hole. Multi-sport days are a regular thing around these parts, it is not unheard of to ski, bike, and snowmobile all on the same day. By night enjoy a campfire with some good friends.
