Location: Gallatin Gateway/ Big Sky Montana

Position Type: Full-Time (5 days a week)

Salary: Starting at $25/hour

Uncle Dan’s Cookies is dedicated to crafting delicious, high-quality cookies that bring joy to our customers. We're looking for a passionate and skilled baker to join our team and help us create our signature treats.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies according to established recipes.

- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and specifications.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ingredient ordering as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to improve recipes and processes.

- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes, particularly for cookies.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in a restaurant kitchen is a plus.

- Experience in a commercial bakery is a plus.

- Creativity in developing new cookie flavors and designs.
